Classy Bed Linens has the following terms and conditions: 

Placing Your Order:    

You may place your order by ordering on-line 24 hours, 7 days a week on our web store site.   Navigate through the Classy Bed Linens web site, and select the products by clicking on the “Add to Cart” button. When you are ready to check out, click on the shopping cart where you can review your items selected, and complete the checkout process.  If you need assistance, please e-mail us or call customer service at the phone number and times shown on the “Contact Us” web page.

Shipping:

Orders received are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days, for most items.   Holiday seasons, special orders and out of stock items may take longer.  Please allow for up to 7 business days from the shipped date for UPS Ground Deliveries to deliver within the continental United States.  Orders to Alaska and Hawaii may take longer to reach their destination.

A shipment tracking number and scheduled date of delivery will be available via a shipping information email you will receive after shipment of your order.   If you do not receive that shipping information e-mail, check your spam folder or contact us for help.

Incorrect addresses will be subject to a $5.00 UPS correction fee.   Signature required option is available for UPS shipments upon request only.

 

Receiving Your Order

When your order is received, insure it is exactly what was ordered before using or washing.  If the item is incorrect, please e-mail or call customer service for assistance (see the “Contact Us” web page).

 

Return Policy:

If you are not pleased with your purchase for any reason, simply ship it back to us within 20 days of receipt for a full refund of your purchase price (not including your original shipping and handling fees).   We must receive your returned purchase within 20 days of receipt in order to issue a refund.   Special order items are not returnable.  

 Please contact customer service (see the “Contact Us” page) prior to return for return authorization and address, since returns received without proper authorization cannot be accepted.   Insure that you have a return authorization and the correct return address on the package. 

 Item(s) must be in their original packages.   We cannot accept returns of merchandise that are used, laundered, or soiled.    Health department regulations do not permit us to accept returned open packages of bedding including: sheets, duvet covers, mattress pads, pillow cases, and pillows.   Again, special order items are not returnable. 

Please ship your return item(s) back by a shipping method that has a tracking number such as UPS, FedEx, DHL, or USPS with Delivery Confirmation.

After we have received your return, inspected it, and approved it for a refund, we will credit the approved refund amount to the credit card used to purchase the returned item(s).   We do not accept COD returns.
